I'm aware of rude communications from staff. They also advertise being a "Yelp 5 star company" on their website and do not have 5 stars.

I was recommended by a friend to come here, who previously had a good experience. I set up an appointment with Liam who was very personable. Purchased a sectional for a great value. Highly recommend.
