MOBIL OIL CORPORATION

The Oneida Nation, originally from upstate New York, has been established in Wisconsin since the signing of a treaty in 1838, which created the 65,400-acre Oneida Indian Reservation. Governed by the Oneida Constitution adopted in 1936, the Nation is comprised of various governing bodies, including the General Tribal Council and the Oneida Business Committee, which work to uphold traditional forms of governance while addressing contemporary issues.
