Mullins, Jaclyn, MD

Jaclyn Mullins, MD, is a family medicine physician with Ascension Medical Group, part of Ascension. Dr. Mullins is board-certified in family medicine and provides acute, chronic and preventive care to the entire family, including pediatric care, adult internal medicine, and care for older adults. Dr. Mullins has a special interest in newborn care, pregnancy and prenatal care in cooperation with delivering obstetricians, natural family planning, diabetes management, and medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder. She strives to build rapport, earn trust and foster lifelong relationships with her patients and their families. Outside of the office, Dr. Mullins enjoys spending time with her family, Zumba, ballroom dancing and being involved in her church community. Dr. Mullins and her family enjoy living in the Fox Valley.
