Founded in 1978, Aarrowcast is a mass producer of gray and ductile iron castings. The company operates a 225,000 square-foot fully automated and conveyorized production facility featuring a full slate of state-of-the-art production equipment. Aarrowcast has a production capacity in excess of 125 million pounds of castings per year with castings ranging from one to 4,000 pounds. The company s equipment includes numerous CNC machines, several Redford-Carver isocure machines, a number of Brown Boveri coreless induction furnaces, a Beardsley & Piper Rotomatch-Blowmatic line, a British molding machine Line, a Georg Fischer molding line and a Brown & Sharpe direct computer control system. In addition, Aarrowcast maintains a professionally staffed in-house metallurgical laboratory featuring a Spectrolab Spectrograph, a Leco carbon-sulfur determinator and Leco and Olympus stereoscopes. Aarrowcast maintains its corporate offices and production facilities in Shawano, Wis.
