They did not have Helium. but they sold me the balloons. Why do they not have Heluim? They did give me a 15% discount and said i should have called ahead !

Warning Paid 40 dollars for balloons they filled them up wayyy to much! Soon as I left the store they begin to pop due to the tep change...No refund or discount!
