Psychiatry Department

Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, a part of University of Wisconsin Hospital, provides physiological and psychological health care services to patients. Its areas of specialization include behavioral medicine, geriatric and pediatric psychiatry, psychopharmacology and infant psychology. The clinic also provides diagnosis and treatment for anxiety disorders, depression, emotional trauma and mental health disorders. The services offered by the center include case and stress management; psychiatric evaluation and consultation; and physical and occupational therapies. It also undertakes community outreach programs, and provides individual and family counseling services. Psychiatric Institute and Clinic is located in Madison, Wis.
