The owner Sonia is a BITCH and rude and will cuss you out. Is not understanding. I asked for a refund because her hotel was nasty and she refused to do it. I would never ever stay at this place...

This place is really the joke of Berlin. Nasty, and smells like fish. Don't even think about getting a room around the time of EAA, they double and triple rates.
