Fabulous meat department. Try their bone-in stuffed pork chops! Great neighborhood store. Slim pickins for a while there while they got back on their feet because of a costly coolant problem....

Since 1927 started by John S. Rupena with mostly grocery and produce retail. Today, Rupena's is mostly known for it's quality catering services, custom cut meat department, home made product deli, homemade pizzas, fish frys, local products, in-house bakery, pig roasts & custom blended All Natural Seasonings & sauces. The Meat Department at Rupena's boasts eleven full time butchers that will talk with you about your cut of meat as well as providing cooking instructions. Their full service meat counter is one of the best and most recognized in the industry.

Rupenas catered our Christmas party .Everything was great. Three meats and an added bonus cauliflower as a 2nd vegetable. Everything was hot and delicious. Definitely coming back next year.
