Schwarz's Supper Club, founded in 1957, is a family-run restaurant started by Ziggy and Evelyn started by Ziggy and Evelyn who broiled steaks for guests in their one-room tavern. It offers a range of appetizers that includes jumbo shrimp cocktail, clam strips, cheese nuggets, crab cake, mozzarella sticks, clam strips and breaded cheddar cauliflower. The restaurant also offers a variety of dishes of seafood that includes grilled shrimp, baked salmon, breaded scallops and baked walleyed pike. Its other entr e dishes include broiled chicken breasts, grilled pork chop and barbecue pork back ribs. The red brick supper club also offers a variety of wines that includes chardonnay, pinot grigio, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, shiraz and zinfandel. Schwarz's Supper Club is located in New Holstein, Wis.
