Katherine Hare, MD, is a board certified ophthalmologist who sees patients at SSM Health Davis Duehr Dean Eye Care at our newly opened location at 2850 O'Keeffe Avenue in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.

Dr. Brett Pariseau specializes in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. After a plastic surgical internship and ophthalmology residency at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI, Dr. Pariseau completed two fellowships in Oculoplastics at The Center for Facial Appearances in Salt Lake City, UT and at the University of North Carolina in Chapel, NC. An ASOPRS oculoplastic surgeon, Dr. Pariseau performs cosmetic and functional eyelid, brow, midface, orbital and tear duct surgery, repairs skin cancer defects around the eyes, and treats patients with Botox and fillers.

James Bell is board certified in ophthalmology. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Kenyon College in Gambier, OH and earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, KY. He completed his internship in internal medicine from the University of Utah Department of Internal Medicine in Salt Lake City, UT. He also completed his residency in ophthalmology and his fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery from the University of Utah Department of Ophthalmology-Salt Lake City. Dr. Bell participates in both clinic and surgery. His interests include diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachments, ocular inflammatory disorders, infections of the retina, and retinal artery and vein disorders. Bell is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists. In his free time, Dr. Bell enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, swimming, downhill and cross-country skiing, and fishing. He also enjoys watching college sports and participating in local and international volunteer work.
