Founded in 1973, the Sunrise Care Center is a nonprofit, 99-bed Medicare- and Medicaid-skilled nursing facility that offers health care services to senior citizens and people with disabilities. It specializes in pain management, wound care, enteral nutrition and respiratory services. The center provides intravenous, physical, occupational, speech and restorative therapies. The Sunrise Care Center has a staff of medical management professionals that includes registered and licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants and unit clerks. It offers community outreach programs to provide continuing education on health care issues. The center features more than 90 resident units and several private and semiprivate rooms. Its facility houses a bird aviary, gift shop, activity center and barbershop, as well as various lounges and doctor and dental examination rooms. The Sunrise Care Center is located in Milwaukee.

One star because you can't do minus 5 stars- never anyone at the front desk to do covid screening- phone number to call in the lobby if no one is at the desk and literally no one has ever answered...

This is not a good care facility. Too many beds, but enough staff. No response when you have an issue. Placed my mother here, they cannot even get correct meds in time.
