This is the second time I ordered online to have it picked up in the store and they closed the store and I had to go through the drive through with a big line and now my food is going to be cooled...

Just ordered and the drive thru worker is so rude. She should be in the back not in the front interacting with costumers. Slamming the window and barely says a word.

THE WORST TACO BELL!!! Every time I go here it takes at least a half hour for even a simple order AND NOT ONCE HAS THE ORDER EVER BEEN RIGHT. The dining area is filthy. The workers don't even care...
