why are the self washing bays closed on both car washes? This has happened several times since a new owner and we're getting pretty angry. They are forcing us to go through the automatics.

Should've read the comments before I tried washing my car. Paid $9 for the best wash and it was weak and the magical rainbow suds only hit half of my car, tried calling and it's a fax number....

No one is ever in site. So if something's happens you are out of luck. Twice now I have been doubled charged on my credit card for a wash. Call the number and all it does is ring. No one answers....
