Sarah has a special interest in collaborating with physicians in providing patient education and care. Sarah attended Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton for her associate's degree in nursing, and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner program in Milwaukee. She completed her gynecology preceptorship at Northwestern Medical-Faculty Foundation in Chicago.

Hello, I'm Ryan Gerhartz, a board-certified women's health nurse practitioner for Affinity Medical Group. I provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to adolescent girls and women, and have a special interest in family planning and menstrual disorders. For eight years I worked as a labor and delivery nurse at St. Elizabeth Hospitals' BirthPlace and am happy to return to the Affinity family with my master's degree in women's health! Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and reading.
