Only because there isn't a negative 1 rating. Round 3 for me. Lines, sitting, lines. What a joke! Try to filling out a form on-line? Forget it. As frustrating as standing in line for 2 hrs.

Wasted a whole Saturday morning in line for nothing. Their camera was down and could not process any licenses. The updates we got were useless and I ended up leaving without the license we came...
