The Milwaukee Jewish Federation provides financial support, planning and allocation services for the Jewish community. The federation owns and operates several properties, such as Lieberman Apartments, Golda Meir Apartments, Hillel Milwaukee, Habush House and Maurice S. Surlow Senior Residences. It operates women s and young leadership divisions. The federation also maintains a young leadership council that outreach, engagement and education services. The Milwaukee Jewish Federation conducts an annual campaign, as well as operates the Israel Center, which coordinates educational programs and is involved in advocacy and fundraising activities. The federation s affiliates include the Benjamin Cardozo Society, Maimonides Society and Rothschild Society.
