Oakhaven Assisted Living Is a Community-Based Residential Facility for Seniors. A home-like environment where our residents are able to remain as independent as possible. We offer care for long-term, short-term, respite, Alzheimer's and dementia.

We are dedicated to serving those who are facing challenges, but do not require skilled care from a nursing home. We provide care to people who may have special needs including Alzheimer's or other memory loss; care needs including bathing, dressing, eating, medical monitoring, medication administration, grooming, and exercising; Strokes / CVAs; Parkinson's; Huntington's Chorea; ALS; Hospice patients; cardiovascular or heart monitoring. We do not accept residents with IVs, feeding tubes or brittle diabetics. Give your senior family member freedom to live in a comfortable setting that feels like home without worrying about safety or health concerns. It is heartbreaking to watch loved ones coping with Alzheimer's and other dementia. However, when you come to our facility, you'll know your loved one is in good hands. Let us take care of your family member when you can't. Know that your loved one is in the best of care with our qualified staff that works with other health care professionals to meet all the needs of your family member. Alzheimer's and other dementias can cause confusion and problems that may create unsafe living conditions. Make sure your loved ones physical needs are always met at our facility that provides 3 healthy, home-cooked meals daily as well as snacks. Your loved one will benefit from restorative exercises that cater to individual needs and capabilities. Let our warm and friendly staff treat you and your loved one like family. Your loved one will receive all daily medications and treatments from our supervised and trained staff. Your family member will also be monitored closely, with any necessary updates given to physicians.
