This is the sister to the larger Fitness One on the East side of town. I really like it a lot. They have group classes like Yoga and TRX (lots of others), lots of equipment, aqua massage machines...

Really good facility. Equipment is in great shape and the prices are reasonable. Haven't had any issues thus far. Would recommend this gym for sure.

Clean, small but has all of the right equipment to help you stay as fit . Whitney was an absolute joy to talk to and a real help. She really made us feel welcome. The choice of classes is awesome.
