Carrick is a large five-bedroom bungalow located in the quiet village of Playing Place, a few miles south of Truro and close to the popular maritime town of Falmouth. Carrick has a spacious open-plan lounge/diner and a separate kitchen, and three shared bathrooms, one of which is a wet room. At the rear of the property is a light and airy conservatory which is accessed through another lounge. The enclosed garden at the rear of the house is mainly laid to lawn with a vegetable plot, and there is a sensory garden at the side of the house.

Heightlea is a four bedroom house situated in its own grounds on the outskirts of Truro. The main house at Heightlea consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining area, two large lounges and a conservatory which leads out to a balcony with far-reaching views over the countryside. There is also an independent flat for one individual we support within the grounds with its own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and living area. Communal facilities are available in the main house. The garden beside the house also has a beautiful outlook and contains a patio area.

Trewithen is a beautiful, large detached house for up to five adults, set in picturesque bluebell woods near the village of Troon. Trewithen provides modern, spacious accommodation for up to five individuals. There are five large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is a large lounge, a large open plan kitchen/dining room with doors out in to the back garden. The house also has an activity room. The private garden and patio at the rear of the house provide a peaceful setting in which to enjoy being outdoors. The front of the house is approached by a wooded driveway and beside the house are a garage and a summer house.
