Carrick is a large five-bedroom bungalow located in the quiet village of Playing Place, a few miles south of Truro and close to the popular maritime town of Falmouth. Carrick has a spacious open-plan lounge/diner and a separate kitchen, and three shared bathrooms, one of which is a wet room. At the rear of the property is a light and airy conservatory which is accessed through another lounge. The enclosed garden at the rear of the house is mainly laid to lawn with a vegetable plot, and there is a sensory garden at the side of the house.

Menna House is a five-bed former farmhouse situated in a quiet rural location, near the village of Grampound Road which lies just off the main road between the ancient mining town of St Austell and Truro. The main part of the house can accommodate four adults and consists of five spacious bedrooms all with en-suite facilities (the fifth bedroom is for staff use). Downstairs, there is a dining room, kitchen, a large main lounge and a second smaller lounge. Connecting with the main part of the house, there is a self-contained single-person apartment with its own spacious lounge and dining facilities downstairs, and a light and airy bedroom upstairs with en-suite facilities. The lounge has double doors that lead out to a private patio and a lawned garden.
