Pendarves is a four-bed, spacious Victorian property, situated in the old mining town of Camborne, and is within walking distance of the town centre. The home's ground floor consists of a kitchen/diner, and a large spacious lounge. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms, one with its own private lounge, and all with en-suite facilities. On the ground floor, there is also a self-contained apartment which has a lounge/dining room, kitchenette, and a bedroom with an en-suite wet room. On one side of the property there is a lawned garden with a patio area. At the front of the property there is a driveway, parking area, and another area of garden.
