Cragston Court Rehabilitation Service is located in Blakelaw, a suburb of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. It is a 20 bed residential service, offering nurse-led rehabilitation programmes for people living with enduring mental health conditions. We support people coming to us from a hospital environment, and those stepping up from another community placement or their own homes.

Anchor's Northbourne in Low Fell is a trusted provider of residential care for elderly people, and we offer specialised services for elderly people who have dementia and physical disability.

Located near the busy centre of Hebburn, Bedewell Grange Care Home is set in two acres of grounds with tranquil gardens. It is a purpose-built home offering residential care to fifty people, including some people living with dementia. Our person-centred approach to care is based on the use of care plans, which identify individual needs and lifestyle choices with the person concerned and their loved ones. Bedewell Grange has good links with local health services and therapists, ensuring that residents have access to specialists if they will benefit from them.
