Welcome to Combe Lancey Farmhouse - an historic 12th-century manor house set in an attractive and mature garden in a peaceful rural setting and surrounded by its own fields, yet close to the A377. We are situated in mid Devon 1 mile from Sandford, adjacent to Crediton, close to Exeter and Tiverton makking it an ideal base from which to visit Devon's countryside, its beaches, the National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor, the Two Moors Way.
