The Filo Brewing Company is a charming brewery located in the historic Old Town of Hastings, East Sussex. Established in 1988 by Mike Bigg and his family, the brewery has evolved from its original milk pasteurising tanks into a modern brewing facility with an increased production capacity.

In 2011, the brewery relocated to a Grade II listed stable at Torfield Cottage, further enhancing its brewing operations while offering a dedicated cold store. The Filo Brewing Company continues to supply cask ale to the local market, proudly serving their creations at the First In Last Out pub in High Street.
