Vermicelli pasta was first made in Italy back in the 14th century and mastered by Maestro Martino di Rossi, a celebrity chef at the time who created innovative dishes that remain core to the Italian cuisine and fresh Italian pasta recipes. ​ Vermicelli was later adopted by Asian countries- in particular China where it was named after the rice noodles. This pasta has been enjoyed by many generations throughout history and made to be enjoyed by cultures all around the world. ​ Our mission is to re-capture the first identity of this pasta: the origin of vermicelli! ​ We do this by using recipes as original as the pasta itself; using fresh, organic ingredients to inspire a new appreciation of this popular dish.
