Violin Lessons with Annamarie
HistoryAnnamarie began teaching violin while a graduate student at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in 2015. After receiving her Master of Music there and a B.A. in Violin Performance from UCLA, she was excited to establish her own studio of private violin students in San Francisco! She is a Suzuki certified teacher for Units 1 and 2 through the Suzuki Association of the Americas, and emphasizes the ideals of ear training, technical mastery, and creating a beautiful tone in every lesson. In a nurturing environment, she hopes all of her students can find the fun and excitement of learning how to play the violin. She holds two recitals every year where her students can perform their latest pieces in a warm, supportive environment. Annamarie also regularly teaches in a non-profit community music program in San Rafael and has traveled outside the country to places like El Salvador for teaching residencies.SpecialtiesAnnamarie gives violin lessons to students of all ages, from age 3 to adults!
