Rio Adobe serves delicious all in house made southwest style Mexican cuisine. Our fresh salsa bar boasts 8 types of unique salsas to compliment our fresh hot chips. The menu ranges from fajita style citrus marinated grilled steak and chicken to achiote marinated Mahi-Mahi and grilled shrimp. Special include such inventive dishes as Blue Corn Crab Tacos, Asiago Crusted Wild Mushroom Quesadillas, Green Chile Stew to Sesame Grilled Salmon Tacos.
