I literally beat on my poor Gucci bag for over a year. Throwing her around the car under plane seats. Brought her in for a tune up and a broken strap and just amazing work and fine stitching...

nice guy I walk-in and told him my boots were coming up at the tips, he took it back and glued it, then sent me on my way, really fast, really nice.

Owner was very friendly and pricing was reasonable. Took care of both of my dress shoes!

This is the worst shoe store repair shop. They didn't fix my shoes because they broke one week after getting them back. The owner stated I'd have to pay again to get it fixed which is ridiculous....

They did an amazing job resoling my frye boots for a very reasonable price, and even polished and protected the leather as a bonus. Come here for really excellent work restoring your high end shoes.
