Pamela is a Licensed Physical Therapist and a Certified Polestar Pilates Practitioner of Rehabilitation The internationally recognized Polestar Pilates Education program certified Pamela in July of 2000, which is only given to therapists passing a rigorous training and testing process of many months can be eligible to receive this certification. Pamela has over 6 years of teaching Pilates-Evolved training on Pilates' equipment and in mat programs. In April 2005 Pamela started the certification process for a Gyrotonic instructor level I and continued on to Level II certification and beyond.
