Zahorik, M.D., earned both bachelors and medical degrees from the University of Wisconsin, completing her family medicine residency at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)/Kaiser Woodland Hills Hospital.Dr. Zahorik, board certified in family medicine, is a member of the Kentucky Medical Association, the Greater Louisville Medical Society and the American Academy of Family Physicians.A native of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family, biking, running, gardening, baking and reading.
