Set up an appt. The guy did me a favor . Never showed up. Sat for two hours waiting. Don't deal with these people.

Called City on Wednesday and Sean showed up on time and ready to go. He was covid ready with mask and fixed our lock problem in less than 1/2 hour. Couldn't be happier with a very professional...
