As a psychiatrist, I specialize in the treatment of adults with mood and anxiety disorders, as well as other diagnoses. I'm passionate about getting to know my patients as individuals and working with them to improve their mental health and wellbein uring the first encounter, I take a thorough history to understand my patients' symptoms, history and life circumstances. I use a collaborative approach with my patients to develop a comprehensive treatment plan, which may include medication, psychotherapy and lifestyle interventions. With all of my patients, I strive to provide evidence-based care while individualizing treatment for the specific patien 'm grateful to work at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center with incredible colleagues and a wide array of resources available for my patients. I am a medical oncology hospitalist who specializes in treating all types of solid cancers, including lung cancer, breast cancer and colon cancer. I also serve as a clinical assistant professor of internal medicine in the Department of Medical Oncology at The Ohio State Universit ncology is a fast-growing and important field that gives me the ability to develop long-term relationships with patients and connect on a truly personal level. One of the most important qualities a physician can have is compassion, especially for cancer patients. I love talking to and learning from patients, and I appreciate their ability to open their lives to me.
