Specifically, our chefs take pride in our Beef Pho and Crispy Pork Belly. The Beef Pho is simmered for 24 hours in a combination of spices to fully bring out the flavor of the beef bones. The Crispy Pork Belly is our specialty meat which offers a crispy skin while also giving a perfectly tender pork underneath which creates a great balance. We also specialize in our spring rolls which reflect the old tradition in the way it is prepared, while also taking it up a notch by adding our specialty grilled meats to create a better, more satisfying dish.
