After 4 no show aides I told them not to bother! Besides not showing they would change the time of meet & greets w/out asking if I was available. The question is which is worse - no one to help...

This agency is not reliable. The caregivers 4 out of 7 days do not show up or leave at night while my mom is sleeping.
