Marco Dominguez, MD

Llybe Lobido, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who attended Xavier University Dr. Jose P. Rizal School of Medicine in the Philippines, graduating with her medical degree in 2019. Relocating to Texas, she completed her internship and Family Medicine residency at DeTar Healthcare System/Texas A&M University in 2023 and 2025, respectively. Dr. Lobido joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2025. As a Family Medicine physician, she sees patients from infants through older age, providing well care and sick care for chronic and acute conditions such as injuries, stomach pain, joint pain, diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid issues. Her clinical interests include preventive care, mental healthcare, and Geriatrics.

Shemeka Banger-Hill, MD, earned her medical degree in 2001 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She remained there to complete her Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency in 2005. After caring for patients for over a decade in her own private practice, Dr. Banger-Hill joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2025 as a pediatrician and board-certified internist. She enjoys taking care of patients of all ages for their health maintenance needs and their illnesses, both acute and chronic. This includes well checks, immunizations, and care for infections, injuries, and conditions such as diabetes, COPD, asthma, hypertension, and more.
