Shemeka Banger-Hill, MD

Marco Antonio Dominguez, MD, attended the McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), earning his medical degree in 2022. He remained at UTHealth to complete his internship and Internal Medicine residency in 2025. Dr. Dominguez joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in September 2025. As an internist, he provides primary care to adult patients, including well care and sick care. He treats a wide range of adult conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid problems, and asthma, in addition to everyday concerns such as the common cold, joint pain, fatigue, and more.

Llybe Lobido, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who attended Xavier University Dr. Jose P. Rizal School of Medicine in the Philippines, graduating with her medical degree in 2019. Relocating to Texas, she completed her internship and Family Medicine residency at DeTar Healthcare System/Texas A&M University in 2023 and 2025, respectively. Dr. Lobido joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2025. As a Family Medicine physician, she sees patients from infants through older age, providing well care and sick care for chronic and acute conditions such as injuries, stomach pain, joint pain, diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid issues. Her clinical interests include preventive care, mental healthcare, and Geriatrics.
