This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever been too. There is no drive thru tellers so you have to come inside for banking. Thennn once you come inside there are only 2 tellers to assist you....

Me again, in extra long lines, waiting for one of two tellers to help 14 people. Nothing has changed. Still extremely long wait times

The people here are rude, slow, and dumb. They have to consult a manager in the back to perform simple tasks like printing a cashiers check. I have banked with BOA for 15 years. Im general BOA...

Extremely understaffed and slow. Normal wait time is about 15-20 minutes. I don't understand it
