Jeff has nearly four decades of financial industry experience. He is dedicated to supporting small and medium-sized businesses, their owners, and employees by providing tailored banking solutions and guidance beyond traditional financial services. His passion lies in helping local businesses thrive, expand, and reach their full potential. Jeff received his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Richmond. In his community, Jeff enjoys volunteering with local non-profits like Meals on Wheels. "I love connecting with local business owners to form lasting relationships built on trust."

Jennifer provides over two decades of experience in the financial industry and has held various banking positions throughout her career. She has consistently recognized the importance of community banking, which remains her passion to this day. She provides strategic leadership and direction to our Richmond-area bankers to ensure the delivery of exceptional service that our members can count on. Jennifer earned an undergraduate degree in business administration from Longwood University and is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management. "I am driven by a deep compassion for others and a steadfast commitment to making a positive impact for members and the community."

Cynthia has extensive knowledge of working with businesses across a wide range of industries, including commercial real estate, manufacturing, non-profits, professional services, legal, investment management, property management, technology, and hospitality. Her experience spans diverse sectors, including a Fortune 500 corporation, a venture capital–funded startup, higher education, and entrepreneurship through a previously owned insurance business. Her journey has provided a deep understanding of the business world from multiple vantage points. A Richmond native, she currently serves on the board of Valor RVA as both a member and Past Chair. Her civic engagement extends to the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce, where she contributes to the Government Affairs Committee. She has also served as a member of the Goochland Chamber of Commerce, Needle’s Eye Ministries, and the Chapel Entrepreneurs Group. Her leadership experience includes serving as Past President of both the Midlothian Business Alliance and the James River Rotary.
