Had to try this place with all the good things being said. Tracked it down via Yelp map and saw the big black bus parked on the street. They are working with Stemma Brewing and making the food....

I tried this place while they were parked at Stemma Brewing. There was a note on the bus to grab ketchup and napkins while you were there ordering, which was appreciated. I tried "the sassy mouse"...

This is the absolute best food truck in Bellingham I've had the wings the grilled cheese with the burgers and the chips...oh the chips are homemade and literally amazing I get 2 plates of them...
