Pacific Northwest Ballet, established in 1972 as Pacific Northwest Dance Association, is an independent dance company. It presents various performances throughout the year and offers a wide range of assistance, such as education grants, mentoring and an in-house program of university courses in cooperation with Seattle University. The company s school offers training classes to students in grades kindergarten through 12. It also organizes dance workshops and education and outreach programs. The company has an exhibition hall and offers a wide range of services that include educational grants and scholarship opportunities to students.
