Dr. Agapov is board certified in ophthalmology. She obtained both her undergraduate and medical degrees from the Russian State Medical University. Upon moving to the US, she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then went on to complete an internship at the Nassau Universty Medical Center in East Meadow, New York and her residency at the Metro Health Hospital (a Michigan State University Consortium) in Grand Rapids, MI. Dr. Agapov completed her fellowship in gluacoma at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Agapov specializes in the treatment of glaucoma and also performs cataract surgery. Dr. Agapov is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Glaucoma Society, and the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology. She is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Madison Ophthalmologic Society. When she's away from the office, Dr. Agapov enjoys reading, tennis, and spending time with her family.
